Peter W. Anderson I think the maxim/joke "All rook endings are drawn" should be changed to "All endgames are drawn." I could just not find a win in this game.... many endgames a pawn up and/or which the engines scored about +1 but which were drawn. There were a few won endgames but they were skillfully avoided by Eros. Nonetheless a very interesting game and with many fascinating unseen endgames.
Herbert Kruse i thought for a while this could be the first game Eros could lose
Thibault de Vassal ... the first game Eros could lose in the championship, Alberto could remain the only one having achieved this performance in a tournament a few years ago! Anyway, thanks guys for this show and congratulations to both (Eros for retaining the title once more, Peter for not losing any game as well, which is not an easy task :))
