The smallest one is the 00g and 'g' stands for gauge, not grams. This goes up to the 20g. In millimeters, sizes are from 0.8 mm to 25.0 mm. Converted in inches, you have these from 1/32” to 1”. Depending on the initial piercing size, you may or may not need to choose the smallest size to start with.
