White pieces: a7, Ba8, Qc6, Kd6, Rd8, Ne8, Rf6 Black pieces: b7, Kc8 Last move was: cxd8=R+ The white bishop was a pawn before, and the a7 pawn arrived to a7 after the a8 bishop.
