Are the pieces on the right squares? Black King in h1 surrounded by his pawns? Strange :)

Well, 1.Qxh2+ for starters. After 1..Qxh2, White moves the Rook somewhere and Black is in zugzwang apart from his pawns. Cant White just wait with the Rook until the Pawn moves run out?

Ah yes, I thought that was too easy. If White plays random waiting moves, Black pushes to h3, sacrifices his Q with check, and plays h2, inviting White to give stalemate. There must be a way to thwart that.
