Black to move and win !

I noticed this nice trick while analysing a game on another site, black to move and win (computer use fordidden ;))

Well i managed to solve it - by putting on a physical board and staring at it from time to time - total maybe 4-5 hours :(

Logical way to solve it : how to utilise a cramped positionn? General rule: create a zugzwang. What are the other threats? Can decoy theme be used? And then you have the answer :) [i won't post the spoiler - those who want a spoiler can use a program ;) )
