Sven Vath
Sven Väth (born 26 October 1964, Obertshausen, Germany) is a DJ famous worldwide for having been one of the first DJ who played trance records. He was also one of the founders of trance music labels Harthouse and Eye Q. Before that he was part of the band OFF (acronym for Organization For Fun) which released the hit "Electrica Salsa" in 1987. According to Mixmag, his ambient & techno-trance album Accident in Paradise was one of the top-50 dance albums of all time.
Väth is also known as "RU Ready", "Sam Vision" and has been member of the groups Metal Masters, Barbarella, Mosaic, Off, 16 Bit, Astral Pilot & the Essence of Nature. He is now a shareholder of the Cocoon Club in Frankfurt and the owner of the Cocoon Music Event GmbH, containing his Label, Cocoon Recordings.

Il fut également l'un des fondateurs des labels transe Harthouse et Eye Q. Avant cela il fut l'un des membres du groupe OFF (acronyme de Organization For Fun) qui produit le hit "Electrica Salsa" en 1987. Selon le magazine Mixmag, son album ambient & techno-trance "Accident in Paradise" fut l'un des meilleurs albums dance de tous les temps.
Il est également connu comme "RU Ready", "Sam Vision" et fut également membre des formations Metal Masters, Barbarella, Mosaic, Off, 16 Bit, Astral Pilot & the Essence of Nature. Il est aujourd'hui l'un des détenteurs du Cocoon Club à Frankfurt et de Cocoon Music Event GmbH, qui comprend également son propre label, Cocoon Recordings.
