.htaccess & utf8 problem

Hi, I just tried to upload a new .htaccess file in UTF8 format on my new server but I got an internal server error while it works fine on my local server (EasyPHP).

The problem is exactly the same with the Unicode format, is there a way to make a .htaccess file in UTF8 for a Linux server?
