Which firewall to use?

Hello,

I would like to know which firewall do you use with WindowsVista, is there one efficient enough in Vista or do you use another one like Kaspersky, Norton or AVG?  Also if you use another firewall, did you deactivate something in Vista to not use two at the same time?  I would like something that does not slow down my connection too much.
