President Nicolas Sarkozy departed early today for Chad, where he should discuss the case of the 17 Europeans held in connection with an alleged attempt to kidnap 103 African children.
French president called last week for the journalists to be freed in the shortest possible time. He could bring them home aboard his presidential plane.

Nicolas Sarkozy est parti aujourd'hui pour le Tchad, où il doit discuter du cas des 17 européens soupçonnés de kidnapping de 103 enfants africains.
Le président français a appelé la semaine dernière à libérer les ressortissants français le plus rapidement possible. Il pourrait ramener à bord certains d'entre eux.

Sarkzoy arrived with french journalists Marie-Agnes Peleran, Jean-Daniel Guillou and Marc Garmirian at the military airport of Villacoublay, near Paris. Two hours in Chad for a heroe status, well played.
