How to unlock my Moneybookers account?

Hello, here is my problem with Moneybookers : I have got several payments without any problem but when I wanted to get back my money, they locked my account asking for several documents like my identity card and a bank statement that I sent a few weeks ago already. But I still have no answer from them........

Does anyone know how to unlock my Moneybookers account? Is it necessary and useful to call them?

How to unlock a Moneybookers account

Finally I did it... My Monebookers account was unlocked after about 5 months, 20 emails and 8 phone calls.

If your account has been locked, most probably you actually have to get a merchant status, be patient... Here is the method I used:

- First, know you'll have to be patient !

- Second, make a complaint (follow the links), send an email and wait. After one day or two, just call Moneybookers, after a phone call you will have an answer within days, otherwise you may never have an answer.

- Third, if they tell you to contact the merchant service, just do the same: write an email to the merchant service, wait. After one day or two, just call the merchant service and you will have an answer within days.

- Fourh, if you have documents to send (to obtain the merchant status, you'll have to print, sign & scan many documents), just do it... the same: send an email with attached files, wait and call them.

... finally, after a few months at most, your account will be unlocked !

Obviously the only way to obtain an answer (like every company) is to call them. It is probably the same thing with Paypal and online banks...

i am a freelancer graphics designer , i received my payements in my moneybookers account, when i withdraw my amount , then they locked my account, i sent them my all documents scan copy, but after 15 days they until did not unlocked my account, i am worried about my payments, anybody tell me about my problem, can i complaint about moneybookers in my local police center?
