How to download Flash files .swf .fla

Hello all,

Is there a way to download remote Flash files or movies (.swf .fla) as a file on my hard drive with a right click or something in Firefox or Internet Explorer, of course particularly on some sites that does not allow it ? I would like to save some files but I see no way to do it.
