Desperate Housewives Megaupload season 6

Hi, I just noticed that all Desperate Housewives episodes of every season (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) were available to download for "free" on many websites that only publish direct links to Megaupload & other storage services like Rapidshare & Hotfiles.

Actually you just have to enter "Desperate Housewives Megaupload" in a search engine and you're done, that's so easy, why people would continue to buy DVD. Some sites are completely devoted to piracy, but some are hosted on well known hosting websites that are very happy to say "it's not our fault, the user is responsible of any material published here"

Why there is no international law that forces every website (even Youtube and so on...) to verify any content by any user before to be published? That would be a way to avoid this kind of websites & piracy at the end, what do you think?

Anyway it would take so much time before such a law be considered seriously, internet will have killed this business before.
